Shipping Info
*US Shipping*

US Packages are shipped USPS with tracking and insurance
CDs, Cassettes, Ts, and most smaller packages are sent via First Class.
Vinyl are sent USPS Media Mail.

US Shipped USPS Media Mail or First Class Mail with tracking and insurance.

If your package is lost or damaged, it is covered by USPS insurance. You are responsible for filing the claim.

We will not cover any lost, damaged, stolen or unclaimed packages.

**International Shipping**

Canada & International packages are shipped USPS First Class International Package which does not provide shipping or insurance in most countries and will usually only track the shipment until it leaves the US.

We will not cover any lost, damaged, stolen or unclaimed packages.

Please keep in mind the current Covid shipping situation. Some countries are not accepting packages from the US and mail has been backed up.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority, which includes tracking and insurance, send a message after purchasing. It cost between 2x-4x as much as standard shipping rates.

There are no refunds or returns.

Usually the tracking info will only show it has been sent, but will not show tracking the entire destination.
Some packages can get stuck in customs and take over 30 days.
Some countries will charge an additional customs fee.
Some packages get lost.
Some packages get damaged.
Most packages make it without a problem, but understand when ordering an international package you are taking the risk, not me.
I will not cover damage or lost packages.

CDs and Cassettes are shipped in standard padded envelopes.
Vinyl are shipped in The Mighty Music Mailers, the most durable packages we could find.
